Delivery Policy

Order Cut-Off Time

Our delivery estimate is based on a 1:00pm (UK time) order cut-off, Monday to Friday:

• Order before 1:00pm on a working day → estimated delivery the next working day.
• Order after 1:00pm → estimated delivery two working days later.
• We don't deliver on Saturdays or Sundays, so weekend and Friday-afternoon orders roll over to the following week.

Your exact estimated delivery date is shown on the product page, in your basket, and at checkout before you order.

Delivery Cost

Standard delivery is currently free on every order, anywhere in the UK.

How Delivery Works

Beds, bases and mattresses are bulky items, so they're delivered directly from our fulfilment centre by a two-person courier team. You'll typically be given a delivery slot in advance so you know when to expect your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you with courier and tracking details where available. You can also check your order status any time on our Track Your Order page.

If Something Goes Wrong

If your delivery is delayed, arrives damaged, or doesn't turn up, contact us with your order number and we'll sort it out — see our Refunds & Exchanges page for your rights on faulty or damaged goods.
