Luxe Maple ("we", "us", "our") sells divan beds, ottoman storage beds, headboards and mattresses to customers in the United Kingdom via this website. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Placing an order through our checkout is an offer to buy. A contract between you and Luxe Maple is formed once we confirm your order (by email or by phone). We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before confirmation — for example if a product is out of stock or a price has been listed in error.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and, where applicable, include VAT at the current UK rate. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Card and PayPal payments are processed securely; we do not store your full card details on our servers.
We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout and are calculated from our 1:00pm (UK time) order cut-off, Monday to Friday. See our Delivery Policy for full details. Delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed contractual dates, though we make every reasonable effort to meet them.
As a UK consumer buying online, you have a legal right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. See our Refunds & Exchanges page for the full process and timeframes.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on how long you've had it. Contact us and we'll sort it out.
All Luxe Maple products come with a 5-year manufacturer's guarantee covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use. See our Manufacturer's Guarantee page for details.
We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. Fabric colours can vary slightly on screen depending on your display. Minor variations in wood grain, fabric weave or stitching are natural and not considered faults.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited or excluded under UK law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
