Every divan base, headboard, ottoman storage bed and mattress sold by Luxe Maple comes with a 5-year manufacturer's guarantee against manufacturing defects, at no extra cost.
What's Covered
- Structural defects in the base frame, slats or gas-lift mechanism (on ottoman beds)
- Faults in upholstery stitching or fabric attachment under normal use
- Mattress spring, foam or filling defects that develop under normal use
- Manufacturing faults in drawer runners on storage bases
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear, or fabric fading from sunlight
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper assembly
- Natural, gradual body impressions in a mattress — a small amount of settlement is normal for all mattress types
- Products used outside normal domestic conditions (e.g. commercial or rental use)
Making a Guarantee Claim
If you think your product has a manufacturing defect, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, photos. We'll assess your claim and arrange a repair or replacement free of charge if it's covered.
